AI CA Member Support  

Ensure 100 UK citizens can take their seat in the House of the People's sitting on AI.
You're the person who makes sure every one of the members can actually take part and feel supported throughout — sending reminders and materials, and offering guidance and answers, so nothing gets in their way.
WHAT YOU'D DO
Be the friendly point of contact for a group of Assembly members.
Follow-up with anyone who's gone quiet to help them stay engaged
Brief members ahead of each of the 8 online sessions
Resolve practical barriers, like missing tech, that could stop someone taking part
Fielding member questions throughout the process
A GOOD FIT IF...
You are patient and good with people, you communicate plainly and can juggle multiple relationships and individual needs at once. You stay steady under pressure and are genuinely committed to ensuring everyone has a seat at the table.
TIME
Flexible & Variable. Up to 5 hours per week. More time needed at peak times.

Webinar Coordinator

Help coordinate and organise our webinar series, bringing expert speakers together to explore the issues that make the People's Charter.
WHAT YOU'D DO
Research potential speakers and experts relevant to each Charter topic
Reach out to speakers to invite them, and manage correspondence
Schedule sessions and coordinate speaker availability
Support general admin to keep the series on track (calendar invites, briefing notes, confirmations)
Liaise with the wider team to keep planning aligned with the broader campaign
A GOOD FIT IF...
You're organised, comfortable reaching out to people you don't know, and good at juggling multiple moving parts. And passionate about the Charter.

Charter Advocacy Lead

Make connections with public figures and community leaders and grow support for the People's Charter.
Every name behind the Charter is another reason for government to take it seriously. You'll help grow that list by finding public figures and respected voices in communities across the country, and making the case for why their support matters.
WHAT YOU'D DO
Research notable public figures and community leaders in your region (local politicians, faith leaders, business owners, activists, journalists)
Reach out to introduce the Charter and invite them to endorse it
Build and maintain relationships with potential endorsers
Liaise with the wider team to share updates and coordinate messaging
Keep track of outreach progress and endorsement status
A GOOD FIT IF...
You're a confident networker, comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know, and organised enough to keep track of multiple contacts at once
